Rhodes Pull Sustain System
The Pull Sustain System gives the player the opportunity to use a Wurlitzer sustain pedal rather than the Rhodes pushrod pedal, and allows the player to set up the piano at any height (e.g., on top of a Hammond). If one were so inclined, with a long enough cable you could put the piano on the roof and still achieve proper sustain from the ground.
We’ve re-formulated our original design, with a newly calculated fulcrum point and a felted pivoting head to allow for a smooth, fluid pedal action. We've added Belleville disc springs to center the arm and eliminate noise.
